Weatherproof Exterior Concrete PU Joint Sealant
Introduction:
Roof and gutter silicone sealant is a neutral cure 100% silicone sealant for most building surfaces including metals, tile, cement sheeting, PVC and roofing. It is available in a range of colours to match your roof and gutters.
Features:
1. UV and weather resistant - Immune to the damaging effects of the sun.
2. 100% silicone means the water is locked out by forming a durable seal and does not shrink when drying.
3. Non corrosive neutral cure formula.
4. Excellent general purpose sealant. Will not attack zinc or cementious surfaces, which can lead to poor adhesion of acid curing type silicone sealants.
5. Has superior flexibility +/- 25% movement capability & up to 400% elongation or stretch.
6. Superior adhesion to a broad range of surfaces, resulting in a lasting finish.
7. Temperature resistance - approximately -60°C +150°C
8. Has a 25 year guarantee - when used as directed, i.e. for private use and within 12 months of purchase, the product is guaranteed against crumbling, cracking or drying.

Precautions for Use:
1,Cleaning all grease.Recommend to adopt "two-cloth" to clean.
2,Keep the construction places with excellent ventilation.
3,The glue should not be painted.
4,Need secondary sizing when joint width over 2cm or sizing on the foams.
5,Can not contact with the surgace of food and drink water directly.
5,Do not contact skin with sealant long time when working.Please consult a doctor if getting into the eyes carelessly.
