2. Can we print our logo/website/company name on products?

Yes, please advise the size and Pantone Code of the logo, or provide us with logo artwork.

3. What's the lead time for regular order?

15-25 days for order quantity lower than 1000pc; For more quantity, it depends on production season.

4. Can I get a sample for checking?

Yes, for regular products and stock sample, we offer free sample, freight collect.

        for paid samples, sample charge would be refunded in your next order.

Samples would be received within 9-14 days through express.

5. Do you inspect the finished products?

Yes, each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping.

6. What kind of payment methods are available?

Through Alibaba, Visa or Master Card, T/T, E-Checking(US client only) and Western Union are available;

For offline order, PayPal is acceptable.
