The company is using its printers and staff to make and assemble these shields for health workers – the photo shows a doctor at Bridge View Medical wearing a completed Harwin face shield over her personal protective equipment.
While the .stl printing file is available on the company website, cutting instructions for the associated transparent part are not yet on the site, so Harwin has provided a sketch (below).
An impressive number of companies in the UK Electronics Industry, too many to mention here, have voluntarily turned their facilities over to assist in the anti-covid-19 effort.
