Usage
The machine is used for rubber sheet cooling, rubber sheet lamination and rubber sheet collection after processing of banbury miller, open mixing miller or double screw extruder.
Structure
Two kinds of structure forms, overhead and seat model; Hanging rack is vertical rotary and
forced air cooling. Hanging rod driven by stepping cylinder or motor reducer, mainly including
electronic control system and main machine. Main machine is divided into joint, printing,
longitudinal cutting device, isolating agent cooling, lifting device, hanging film cooling,
automatic folding rubber device, automatic conveying device, automatic weighing and cutting
device, railing, platform and supporting frame. Electronic control system consisting of main
control box, and setting emergency control device in key place.
Feature
1. Front access device, longitudinal cutting device up and down by cylinder control, annular nitrile butadiene rubber no-jointing circular conveyor belt, frequency converter to adjust conveyor belt conveyor speed. The conveyor belt is equipped with pneumatic pressure roller which is used for suppressing the rubber to prevent slipping. At the same time, each rubber connection, used for rubber joint and press fit to ensure the continuity of the rubber.
2. One side of the cooling box installed fans, and fans adopting four sets one group control mode. Above bellows installed six sets fans for forced cooling when rubber just come out, preventing high temperature of rubber just out not promptly cooling from affecting the quality. Conveyor mesh belt (304) in the bellows, permeability is good, durable, layered transmission back and forth, automatic access between layer and layer, frequency converter to adjust the speed of conveyor belt, with function of one-click synchronous speed.
3. Powder spraying box, mainly consists of feeding powder device, nozzle, box, dust collection fan and so on. Powder box is equipped with soft seal plate at the entrance of rubber which prevent the talcum powder from spraying to the outside of the box body. Main purpose is for spraying talcum power after rubber cooling, to avoid rubber sticking for depositing a long time.
4. Rear-accessing conveyor belt adopts two sets no-jointing circular conveyor belt which matching with clamping rubber lifting to the height of the demand for swaying rubber automatically. And the rubber placed neatly by automatic rubber swaying device. The inverter adjusting the speed of conveyor belt. Swing rubber device adopts CAM way, driven by motor through the swing arm with swing box, in order to make the rubber tile stacking well.According to the need, the rubberswaying device can choose full-automatic rubber swaying device. This device can automatically sway rubber, automatically press rubber, automatically cut and automatically alarm. And make the rubber tile stacking well, not need manual operation.
