The internet is having a big impact on how Chinese business buyers of all sizes are purchasing goods and services. Last year, the digital sales of business goods and services grew 21% over 2018 and totaled nearly $4 trillion in gross merchandise volume, according to Chinese B2B ecommerce and industrial internet research firm 2B.CN.
