Q1: Can you provide a free sample?

1) If you need the design by yourself, you can provide the draft to us. This sample fee will according to your design.

2) Sample making time: 7-10 days, we will finish ASAP if urgent.

3) Sample fee will be refunded or according to clients' order quantity.



Q2: When can I get the quotation?

A2: We will quote within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry



Q3: Can we have our logo or design?

A3: We are the manufacturer of OEM and ODM products, customer own logo or design are welcome.

1) Basically, our production lead-time is 35 days upon receipt of your first order, deposit and sample approval. Repeat orders can be 25-30 days upon receipt order and deposit.

2) Sampling lead-time is about 7-10 days upon request, 14-20 days If there is a new tooling or specially customized spec required.
