      FRP/GRP  mortar pipe is composed of inner layer, wound layer, resin-mortar layer and external corrosion resist layer, it’s density is 1.7-2.1, equals to 1/5 of steel pipe, 1/4 of ductile iron pipe, it has excellent properties,

1.   corrosion-resist, inner liner resin-rich layer, suitable resin be selected depends on different mediums, resin content is 90%, it ensure that FRPM pipe prevent from corrosion and leakage.

2.   shock-resist, FRPM pipe has flexible joint-Spigot and Socket joint with double O rings, it will not bring delamination and cracking while deformation is 25%.

3.   good hydraulic property, inner layer of FRPM pipe is very smooth, it’s roughness co efficiency is 0.0084,  so it’s conveying  capacity is excellent.

4.   Health property

If GRP pipes be used for transferring drinking water, inner liner will be foodgrade resin, to meet drinking standard.
