Q1.Are you a factory?

-Yes, we are a factory with 20 years experience ,We have an experienced R&D team to develop and design new products.

Q2.Can you do customized designs and package ?

- Yes,we can.we have our own design team to make the perfect and professional design with your own particular logo, concepts and special requirements.

Q3. What is your OEM service procedures?

- Confirm the artwork from customer and modify to fit produce.

- Making counter sample within 5-7 days.

- After the quality, the price, and packing details are confirmed, we can start mass production.

- Confirm the shipment detail of products and the goods can be shipped after inspection.

Q4. What is your OEM MOQ and price?

- For custom socks, our MOQ is 500 pairs per color per size per design. 

- Our FOB price is based on your designs, material, size and the quantity.

Q5. How about your sample fee and sample time?

-  If we have the socks in stock, one similar sample can be sent to you with freight collect.

- If you need your own design, it takes $ 50/style/color/size with freight collect according to your requirements. But it is refundable after order taken.

- OEM sample time is about 5-7 days after design confirmed

Q6: How about the Delivery Time?

- Sample Order: 3-7days after receipt of the full payment.

- Stock Order: 7-15days after receipt of the full payment.

- OEM Order: 20-40days after receipt of the deposit.

Q7: How about the payment terms ?

- It can be negotiable under the special condition.

Q8: How can I place an order?

- Step 1, please tell us what model and quantity you need;

- Step 2, then we will make a PI for you to confirm the order details;

- Step 3, when everything confirmed, we can arrange the payment;

- Step 4, finally we deliver the goods within the stipulated time.
