Q:   Are you a factory or trading company?
MC: We are a factory with export license. Our head office is in Hong Kong.
    We focus on manufacturing health care and home products for over 20 years.
 
Q:  What is the MOQ for your product?
MC: Since we don’t have any stocks to sell. Our MOQ will be 1000PCS.
For some products, we would accept your trial order quantity at 500PCS.
 
Q:  What is your trade terms?
MC: Our standard price is based on FOB terms. We also support EXW, CIF or shipping by express(DHL,Fed-ex,UPS etc.).
 
Q:  Do you provide samples? How long is the sample lead time?
MC: Yes, we would like to provide 1 - 3 standard samples for your test.
Sample lead time will be 3 - 5 days.
 
Q:  How long is your production lead time?
MC: Our lead time will be 45 - 50 days after received your down payment. 
 
Q:  How about is the Customization options? Do you accept OEM packaging?
MC: We accept customized Logo/brand, color box, instruction manual.
The color of the product also can be changed if reaching MOQ 1000PCS.
 
Q:  Do you have quality control? What is your inspection standard?
MC: Yes, we have QC dept. to ensure the quality from raw materials to end products. We follow inspection standard AQL II 2.5 / 4.0.
