This machine is mainly used for grinding flat butt weld and plane. It is composed of strong driving mechanism, belt type tension mechanism, contact wheel (grinding wheel), support, foot, caster, grinding belt, hand push rod, etc. The motor directly transfers the power to the driving wheel, drives the belt to rotate at high speed, tightens the belt through the tensioning mechanism, and grinds with the contact wheel and the workpiece. Both sides of the contact wheel are equipped with grinding depth adjusting devices, which can limit the grinding depth and ensure that the welding seam can be ground smooth without damaging the base metal. The grinder comprises a grinding belt, a grinding belt shell containing the grinding belt, a motor, a motor shell containing the motor, a handle, a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a transmission device connecting the motor and the driving wheel. The motor shell and the handle are integrally connected to form a unit body, and a connecting device connects the unit body to the sand belt shell.
