Remaining proceeds of a £5.9 million fundraising will be used to pay for additional capacity and capability as well as provide capital to support growth including developing intellectual property and know-how.
“We are pleased by the support shown by existing and new investors,” said Trackwise CEO Philip Johnston. “The acquisition of SCL extends our manufacturing capabilities, providing us with the capacity to deliver IHT production, while diversifying our revenue streams and customer base. The SCL team brings additional depth to our technical, sales and operational expertise and we look forward to welcoming them to Trackwise.”
Trackwise’s IHT (results pictured) is based on a proprietary roll-to-roll manufacturing process that produces multi-layer flaxeble printed circuits of any length, for demanding markets including aircraft, industrial, automotive and medical devices, as well as entertainment equipment, scientific instruments and consumer products.
