Tracks measure 24-inches wide. Under the sheet metal it uses a Kawasaki main pump and valves and an Isuzu engine.
With a step up to 164 horsepower, the Sany SY225C excavator fills the gap between the company’s SY215C and SY265C excavators.The new SY225C machine reaches to 33-feet, 10 inches and offers a bucket breakout force of 28,551 pounds. Side lifting force is 7,972 pound- feet and to the front 11,920 pound-feet.The SY225C rides on 31-inch wide tracks and weighs 54,013 pounds. Easy-to-access filters and in-display diagnostics reduce maintenance times and LED work lights provide visibility at night or in low light conditions. Quick coupler plumbing and pre-plumbed auxiliary lines make connecting and controlling attachments easy.The SY225C also has Kawasaki pumps and runs on a Cummins engine. It is the third Sany excavator model to be produced at the company’s headquarters in Georgia.
