Warranty                                                                                     

A. One year Warranty. Within one year, if there is damage caused by non-artificial factors, we will repair. We will pay all transport costs and repair costs.

B. If their is damage caused by human. We can repair but the repair is not for free.

This is Gucheng County Qinghan Town Canvas Factory, belonging to Hebei Qinghan Canvas Group. With decades of years development, this factory have over 560 staff, cover 35 000 square meters. The factory are equipped with160 various kinds of sewing machine, 228 Rapier looms, 2 production lines for PVC tri-proof canvas coating, which are the most advanced in the canvas production area, 3 cotton quilt production lines.

This Factory is in Qinghan Town, Gucheng County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province, which is an important production base of Canvas and Tarpaulin products. The location is at the Qinghan Canvas Group Industrial Park, on the intersection of X809 County Road and 324 Provincial Road(also called Xingde Road), 20 km to the west of Dezhou City, Shandong province. It is convenient to send goods to Shandong Qingdao port or Tianjin Xingang Port. The traffic and transport here are very convenient.

This factory always attach great importance to the products quality. They have applied the most advanced equipment in their production and have strict quality control during production. Question 1: Are you a capable direct factory?

Answer: Yes, We are a direct factory of over 25-year experience in Canvas, Tarpaulins and Tents, Rain Proof Covers production. Our company registered full name is “Hebei Province Gucheng County Qinghan Town Canvas Factory”, with the products brand “ Green Sail”.

Question 2: What is your Samples Policy?

Answer: We can provide free samples of products material. But buyers need to pay for the delivery cost in advance by Western Union, Paypal, T/T, etc. Samples can be sent out by international courier such as DHL, TNT, Fedex, EMS, etc and other ways agreed by both side.

Question 3: What is your Delivery Time?

Answer:

For products we have in stock, prompt delivery upon receipt of full payment.

For products we have no stock, 7 days for customized samples and normally 15 - 20 days for bulk products.

For complicated or extremely large order, 20-45 days, agreed by both sides.

Question 4: Can you print Logo and Mark on Products?

Answer: We can print logos and marks on products as customers required .

Question 5: Will you provide After-sales Service?

Answer: Of course.

If customer met problem in using our products, we will give free consultation any time.

If the products are broken, we will provide life-long repair service. If the damage is within one year since receipt, and not caused by human, the repair service is totally free.
